# Terms of Service

By using gamesdle.bid or paying for a listing, you agree to these terms and to the [Rules](https://gamesdle.bid/rules).

## 1\. The service

Gamesdle is a public board that ranks daily games by the amount paid for each listing, and lets visitors open or play those games. A rank is visibility on the board, nothing more: we make no promise of traffic, clicks or results.

## 2\. Listings and payments

- You may list only a game you own or are authorised to promote, at its own website.
- Ranks follow the published Rules. Other people can outrank you at any time by paying more.
- Prices are in US dollars. A completed payment claims the rank. Payments are not refundable, including when a listing is outranked or removed for breaking the Rules.
- Listed projects must be able to show valid company or owner details on request.
- You're responsible for the title, description, icon and website of your listing, and for the game itself.

## 3\. What isn't allowed

Sexual or adult content, chat or invite links, link shorteners, malware, phishing, illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, or anything that attempts to break or abuse the site. We may edit a listing's category or remove a listing at our discretion.

## 4\. Playing games

Games are made and run by third parties. When a game is shown inside Gamesdle, it is loaded from its own website; we don't control it and aren't responsible for it. Their own terms apply.

## 5\. Our content

The Gamesdle name, lion mascot and site design are ours. Game names and icons belong to their owners.

## 6\. Disclaimers and liability

Gamesdle is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

## 7\. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
